Dr. Grasso is awesome! He spent QUITE a bit of time with me going over my x-rays and discussing options, as well as pros and cons of each option. He recognizes and respects both my personality and my opinion/thoughts. He is thorough and kind, as well as seems to know the best specialists in the area. I intend on making him my primary dentist even though I’m coming from a couple of hours away- he is worth the trip!

I was new in town, and looking for a dentist. The first one I found appeared to be unprofessional as she went mad when I told her I would be seeking a second opinion about her hasty and flippant diagnosis. Searching around, I chose Dr. Grasso's practice for its all-stellar reviews. Now having been there twice, I conclude that if you see all great reviews and not one single complaint, then it must be real good. Just trust the reviews! Dr. Grasso strikes me as a soft-spoken dentist, friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and accommodating. He not only treats his patients well, but also treats his colleagues like family. I envy them so much as they all get along so well with each other, while at the dental clinic I went to in my home city for the past decade, there was so much drama going on. Having had a number of porcelain crowns, the one I had installed here at Dr. Grasso's had the fastest installation and the most efficient preparation. I would certainly recommend Dr. Grasso to everyone, and I pray that joy, happiness, peace, and success will permeate this cute little clinic and reach everyone in there forever.

Best dentist i ever had :) you dont feel anything he makes sure ....staff is great too and friendly explains everything and he really was the only dentist who agreed to do a fiberglass post and got me in a fast...(After a root canal from dentists vist ain utica and wilson in syr that send me to pay a specialist hour away ... and year of invisalign to make space for the crown and waiting to be told we dont do posts fiberglass as they knew im allergic metal wasted extra year to find that out)

I’m really glad I found Dr. Grasso! He’s gentle, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything, which makes every visit easy and stress-free. His whole team is fantastic—everyone is so friendly and welcoming that it actually makes going to the dentist a good experience. Plus, the office is super easy to get to with plenty of parking, which is always a bonus. And to top it off, I’ve never had a gentler cleaning. If you're looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Grasso and his team!

I broke a crown over the weekend--Dr Grasso called me personally on Saturday and got me in Monday morning, when he and Angela got me sorted in half an hour. They are such an efficient team!

It is always a very pleasant experience at Dr. Grasso’s office. I have no apprehension when it comes to a dental visit. The staff is so welcoming and Dr Grasso explains everything in detail on any procedures that may be needed. I highly recommend them.

I don’t normally write reviews, Good or bad, however, I absolutely had to. As somebody who has always been apprehensive about going to the dentist, I can say that this office put all of my concerns to ease. The staff are very personable and friendly, very informative and very gentle. From the cleaning to a filling, They talked me through step-by-step of the process, and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Their communication is 100% on point.
